3. Subscription & Payments
- Purchasing a subscription means agreeing to recurring payments until canceled.
- Subscriptions are managed and canceled through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.
4. AI Responses
- Foodbe provides food intelligence powered by AI. Responses are informational only.
- You are responsible for checking allergens and dietary suitability before consuming any food.
- Foodbe does not provide medical advice — consult a licensed professional for health concerns.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Foodbe is not liable for allergic reactions, dietary issues, or third-party content.
- Foodbe does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
