3. Subscription & Payments

  • Purchasing a subscription means agreeing to recurring payments until canceled.
  • Subscriptions are managed and canceled through your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. AI Responses

  • Foodbe provides food intelligence powered by AI. Responses are informational only.
  • You are responsible for checking allergens and dietary suitability before consuming any food.
  • Foodbe does not provide medical advice — consult a licensed professional for health concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Foodbe is not liable for allergic reactions, dietary issues, or third-party content.
  • Foodbe does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
