Ingredients

Instructions
01Toss mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
02Sprinkle parmesan over mushrooms and return to oven 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
03Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
